This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application Tube Ball ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") handles information. Tube Ball is a drag-and-drop puzzle toy designed for toddlers and preschoolers (ages 2–5). We have built the App to be private by design and safe for children.
Tube Ball does not collect, store off your device, transmit, sell, or share any personal information or any other data about you or your child. The App works entirely offline.
The App does not collect, request, or process any of the following:
The App saves a small amount of gameplay information (for example, your child's current level and sound settings) only on the device itself, using the device's local storage. This information never leaves the device. It is not transmitted to us, to any server, or to any third party. Uninstalling the App removes this information.
The App makes no network requests. It does not connect to the internet, to our servers, or to any external service to function.
The App contains no advertising. There are no ads, no ad networks, and no ad SDKs of any kind.
The App contains no third-party software development kits (SDKs), analytics services, or trackers. Because the App collects and transmits nothing, there is no data to share with anyone, and we do not sell or share any data.
The App is completely free and contains no in-app purchases and no payment functionality.
Tube Ball is intended for children and is designed in compliance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation provisions for children (GDPR-K), and Google Play's Families Policy. Because the App collects no personal information from anyone, including children, there is no personal information of a child to access, correct, or delete, and no parental consent is required for any data collection (there is none). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users because we collect no personal information at all.
If we ever change the App in a way that affects privacy, we will update this policy and revise the effective date above. The current version will always be available at this URL.
